Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

Your journey begins with your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, where a professional guide/driver from Confidence Africa Tours & Travel will warmly welcome you. You will be transferred to your hotel for relaxation after your long flight.

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale National Park

After an early breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Kibale National Park. Enjoy the breathtaking landscapes, lush countryside, and rolling hills of Uganda. A stopover for lunch will be made en route before proceeding to your lodge for an evening of relaxation.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Begin the day with an exciting chimpanzee tracking experience in Kibale Forest, home to the highest concentration of primates in Africa. Look out for black-and-white colobus monkeys, baboons, and red-tailed monkeys. After lunch, proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying scenic views of the Rwenzori Mountains and local farmlands.

Day 4: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

In the afternoon, take a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, known for its high concentration of hippos, crocodiles, and water birds.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Arrive in the evening and relax as you prepare for your gorilla trekking experience the next day.

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

The highlight of your safari awaits! After a briefing by park rangers, embark on a guided trek through the dense jungle in search of a gorilla family. The trek can last anywhere from 2 to 8 hours, depending on the location of the gorillas. Once found, you will have a magical one-hour encounter with these gentle giants. After the trek, return to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 7: Return to Entebbe
